Questions worth answering first

What counts as a response?: A completed submission to a survey or field collection you are running. Respondents who abandon part-way or get screened out do not count, previews and test runs do not count, and any response you exclude from your dataset stops counting. You are billed for responses you can actually analyze. Your allowance resets each billing period.
What happens if I go over my monthly response limit?: Collection keeps running — your study never stops mid-field, and nothing is deleted or locked. A live counter in your workspace shows what you have used and warns you as you approach the limit. Going over does not trigger an extra charge: we will let you know and help you move to the tier that fits. No surprise invoices, and no renegotiation at renewal.
Can I change tiers or cancel?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades on your next billing date, and your data stays exactly where it is either way. Plans are month-to-month — cancel whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?: Every plan is billed monthly today. Annual plans are on the way; if you need annual terms or invoicing now, get in touch and we will set it up.
Who owns the data I collect?: You do. Your datasets and responses are yours, exportable to CSV at any time including after you cancel, and are not used to train models for anyone else.
How is this different from a traditional research platform?: Two ways. Pricing is published — you buy it on this page instead of scheduling a call to get a quote. And Insights does not stop at the chart: it detects the signal, works out what is driving it, and drafts the write-up, so the analysis and the deliverable live in the same place as the data.
When do Finance and the rest of the platform arrive?: Insights is available now. Finance follows in the same workspace, so anything you build in Insights carries forward. Inveryx Business is the offering that brings those products together for small and growing companies. Inveryx Enterprise is a future sales-assisted edition for larger organizational and technical complexity — contact us; there is no self-serve Enterprise price.
